“I have lived at Boulevard Rehabilitation Center for almost 6 years. It is a home away from home, most of the residents are my best friends. I appreciate the staff and am most grateful for them going above and beyond to help me every day. I love my nurses; they are very attentive to me. We have a vibrant Resident Council of which I am the treasurer on the Board. As for activities, they keep me active and entertained every day. My CNAs are caring and attentive to my needs.
